Unencumbered by the thought process!

On May 1st, the HVCC became a rule accepted by most lenders who sell loans to Fannie. Since most lenders have elected to go with AMC's to comply with the HVCC... I have only received 1 appraisal.

I guess the AMC's don't want quality appraisers... just the cheap ones!
